3. Offers and Prices

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
Price changes and technical adjustments are reserved.
The offer may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Conclusion of Contract

An order is considered binding as soon as it is placed through the online store.
After submission, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
The contract is concluded only upon shipping confirmation or delivery of the goods.

5. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

Banhada reserves the right to ship orders only after payment has been received.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Deliveries are made within Switzerland and abroad.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the current rates of Swiss Post www.post.ch

Banhada is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs procedures.
For international orders, additional taxes or customs duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

According to Swiss law, there is no general right of withdrawal for cosmetic products.
Returns are excluded for hygienic reasons, unless the product is clearly defective or damaged upon delivery.
In such cases, Banhada must be contacted within 5 days of receipt of the goods via email (including a photo and description of the defect).

8. Liability

Banhada accepts no liability for improper use of the products or for allergic reactions.
All products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

9. Data Protection

Customer data is treated confidentially and used exclusively for order processing and customer service.
Data will only be shared with third parties to the extent necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., shipping or payment service providers).

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Banhada, Switzerland.
